CHARGED WITH POACHING DEER AND TURKEY

3 December 2003

David Keith Garrison, 20, Edward Zajaczkowski, 22, and Timothy Vernon Evans, 29, all of RR 1, Box 1781, Factoryville, Wyoming County, were charged with counts of possessing wildlife unlawfully taken, namely whitetail deer and wild turkeys.

Also charged with 10 counts of possessing whitetail deer unlawfully taken was Benjamin M. Shadduck, 18, of RR 3, Box 138, Meshoppen, Wyoming County.

Another suspect, Timothy Forkal, 20, of Springville, Susquehanna County, was charged with two counts of unlawful possession of whitetail deer.

These men are alleged to have killed at least 10 deer in the Springville area at night with an artificial light over several months.
