Caring About The Strays (CATS)
About Us

Happy endings to sad stories are what we aim for here at C.A.T.S. Many of the kitties that come through these doors have been abandoned, neglected, abused or all of the above. Because of that they stay here longer than at other shelters. They are not the typical purry lap cats that most people love and want. But their lives are just as valuable. Our goal is to help these very special kitties.

We euthanize 575 cats an hour in the United States. But thanks to no kill programs such as C.A.T.S. that number will come down. At C.A.T.S. we provide a home and time for healing wounds and regaining health!

As we save their lives we enhance our own. Join us in this kindness revolution. Support our cause. Become a volunteer; adopt an older kitty, sponsor a sick kitty.

Financial aid is always needed, sometimes desperately so. Veterinary bills are expensive and were up against it every month.
