Patty Hedges is affiliated with Covenant Presbyterian Church in Los Angeles where she is the Coordinator for Canines at Covenant, a weekly, half-hour worship service where people bring their canine family members to worship. [Read Gone to the Dogs: LA Church Starts Pet Service.]
It is a true worship service with prayers for people and animals, our Lord’s Prayer, an offering, Scripture readings, an abbreviated sermon, and a hymn.
The service is held Sunday afternoons at 5:00 p.m. in the chapel of Covenant Presbyterian Church in Los Angeles, CA.
Patty's background includes a Master of Divinity Degree from Fuller Theological Seminary with an emphasis in Pastoral Care.
