UPDATE ON VIRGINIA CRUELTY CASE:

We are happy to announce that the animal cruelty charges against James C. Coleman, the Virginia man accused of shooting and killing Mosby the dog, have just been upgraded to a felony!

Any letters directed to the Augusta County prosecutor urging him to seek a felony prosecution can now be changed to thank-you letters for this solid decision. Let him know how pleased you are that he is enforcing Virginia's felony animal cruelty law in this senseless case of cruelty.
