Norway's whalers won permits

quotas have not been met since Norway resumed (commercial) whaling in

Norway_Authorises_Killing_Of_1052_
Whales_In_2007_999.html
The killing of whales is a barbaric practice with absolutely no
compassion for the victims. The survival of Norwegian people does not
depend on the flesh of whales; rather, the killing is driven by economic
reasons. The transition to a plant-based diet would show reverence and
mercy to the lives of these majestic animals, products of God’s
creativity
