Christian Vegetarian Association Presents:
Take Heart!

Marinated Cauliflower Salad

 Ingredients

1 Cauliflower, sliced bite size

1 C Black Olives sliced

2/3 C bell pepper, chopped

1/2 C pimentos cut up

1/2 C onion, chopped  

Dressing

Mix well:

1 C oil

6 T lemon juice

6 T vinegar

1 t salt

1 t sugar

1/2t pepper  

Directions

Toss with dressing and

Chill 4+ hours or overnight   

TIPS:

Great for company and special occasions.

Keeps well in fridge.

Try tossing in some fresh mushrooms, blanched carrots, artichoke hearts, broccoli, fresh basil or other vegetables.
