Tyson Fires Workers
Last month, Tyson Foods fired several workers at two chicken
slaughterhouses in Tennessee due to a federal investigation of animal
cruelty charges after allegations made by People for the Ethical
Treatment of Animals (PETA), which released an undercover video showing
workers throwing chickens and urinating on the plant floor, among other
activities.

Animals raised for food are treated as machines due to the quest of
profit and pleasure. Although it is evident that the meat industry has
no regard for God's animals, consumers are responsible of their own
choices, such as continuing buying animal products or transitioning to a
compassionate plant-based diet.
