2 Corinthians 7:1
From Christian Vegetarian Association (CVA)

Since we have these promises, beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from every defilement of body and spirit, and make holiness perfect in the fear of God.

We live in a world where some temptations and desires might drive us away from God, the source of our true essence. However, we are called to emulate Jesus' teachings and thereby reflect God's love onto all Creation. One important way is to show compassion and mercy daily by eating plant-based foods and thus avoid causing unnecessary suffering to God’s animals.

There are plenty of temptations in this world that push us away from God; however, even an imperfect world, God's Grace is at work inside us. We are called to be obedient to God to the best of our abilities and thus reflect God's love onto all Creation.

We live in a fallen world where temptations and desires drive us away from God. However, we are called to emulate Jesus' teachings and thereby reflect God's love onto all Creation.

We are called to be good stewards of God's Creation, and that includes our body and spirit. A plant-based diet is a God-honoring way to take care of our bodies by avoiding the substances in meat that cause many diseases. Eating the great variety of non-animal foods helps us stay healthy and take care of our spirit by avoiding the violence, suffering and cruelty involved in raising animals for food.
