Soy Lowers Risk of Hip Fractures

According to the results of a new study published in the American Journal of Epidemiology, the intake of soy products reduced the risk of hip factures as much as 36 percent among women who consumed more than the least amount of soy. The study was part of the Singapore Chinese Health Study and looked at more than 63,000 male and female adults.
