NBA star John Salley and professional triathlete Brendan Brazier are
two well-known athletes that are helping to promote a plant-based diet
by backing PCRM's 21-Day Vegan Kickstart. The program
walks users through a diet makeover with a meal plan, cooking demos and

According to Susan Levin, director of nutrition education at the
