Arsenic in Chicken Linked to Health Problems in Humans
Roxarsone, a widely used food additive for chickens and other farmed
animals, contains organic arsenic. Some studies have found this organic
arsenic to be linked to cancer and other health problems in humans.
However, the meat industry is not eager to abandon a drug that increases
profits by speeding animal growth—and as a classified antibacterial, may
fill in to fight Salmonella and other diseases if growth-promoting
antibiotics are phased out.

The meat industry is known for its unethical behavior, such as the
above. Profit dominate this industry with little or no regard to human
or animals lives. It is our responsibility, as stewards of God's
creation, to stop supporting this industry that has brought much misery
to all creatures. Transitioning to a plant-based diet has monumental
benefits for all creation.
