Well-balanced vegetarian diets can boost heart health. Now mainstream, plant-based diets are easy to adopt given the amount of information available and the great variety of food products that make the transition easier. Besides eating healthy, there are many other ways to boost heart health, such as meditating, flossing and exercising.
