Day After Thanksgiving

Health Tip

The day after Thanksgiving we might realize we over indulged in not-so-healthy foods. Going for a brisk walk and eating healthy whole foods keep our systems working well and burning efficiently.

Avoiding processed foods, which may add to the bloat today, it's a good idea. Instead, it's a better choice to go for salads, vegetables, legumes and whole grains.
