Barbara Ellen, columnist for the Observer magazine, believes that
people who consume animal products in spite of the risks warnings should
be held accountable. Abundant scientific evidence state, for example,
that processed meat is linked to colon in pancreatic cancer, so it just
seems reasonable according to Ellen, that those who consume those
products pay for their own healthcare.

Taking charge of our own health is the first step in being good
stewards of our bodies. Of course, if the diet we choose is not
conducive to good health, are we not dishonoring God?
