Although not entirely surprising, the Supreme Court decision comes as
a shock to those of us who still held hope in regards to the treatment
of downed animals. Very sadly, this decision leaves these poor animals
once again at the mercy, or abuse, of the animal agriculture industry,
which would apply any kind of torturous techniques to God's farmed
animals in order to get them moving for profit.
I believe this is an example of why consumers have the power to
effectively protect God's farmed animals without having to expect

stop supporting the meat, egg and dairy industries. It's only then when
the abuse to farmed animals could finally come to an end.
