Although meat and cheese analogs have become very popular and make
the transition to a plant-based diet easier for some people, the reality
is that we have been blessed with a tremendous variety of plant-based
foods that are healthy, tasty and affordable. As Christians, we need to
share this fact with friends and family in order to encourage them to be
better stewards of their bodies and therefore God's Creation.
