Tips to Veganize Meals

Cynthia Sass, a registered dietitian with master's degrees in both nutrition science and public health, and author of New York Times best seller "Cinch! Conquer Cravings, Drop Pounds and Lose Inches," shares some valuable tips to veganize meals without using processed faux meats or cheeses. For example, she encourages people to replace meat with beans or lentils and swap eggs for tofu.

Although meat and cheese analogs have become very popular and make the transition to a plant-based diet easier for some people, the reality is that we have been blessed with a tremendous variety of plant-based foods that are healthy, tasty and affordable. As Christians, we need to share this fact with friends and family in order to encourage them to be better stewards of their bodies and therefore God's Creation.
