Orlando Magic forward Glen Davis has adopted a plant-based diet!
After fracturing a bone in his left foot five weeks ago, Davis is
sticking to a vegan diet as he tries to lose weight and lessen the
strain on his joints.

A plant-based diet does a body good! If well-balanced, it helps
maintain a healthy weight and reduce one’s risk of many chronic
conditions including osteoporosis (weakening of the bones).
