Reducing the Risk of Alzheimer’s

Dr. Neal Barnard advices avoiding animal products in order to ward off Alzheimer’s disease. According to him, besides avoiding animal products, some of the best brain boosters are green kale, spinach, sweet potatoes, blueberries and grapes. Also, taking a vitamin B12 supplement every day and getting enough sleep are good for one’s brain.

Going vegan is good for our health but not just physical. It’s also very good for our spiritual, psychological, emotional and social health. Living in harmony with fellow beings is good for all of God’s Creation!
