Vegans Have the Lowest Body Mass Index (BMI)

According to a study published in next month’s issue of the Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics people who follow vegan diets have the lowest BMI and consume the most beta-carotene, fiber, potassium, and magnesium, compared with all other dietary groups. The study comprised 71,751 participants for five years.
