Eating Animals is Too Risky

According to this recent Mayo Clinic Health Letter, the risk of not going meatless are too high. Animal products are loaded with saturated fat and cholesterol, which contribute to heart disease, stroke and other diseases related to artery health. In contrast, eating a plant-based diet is not risky, but very beneficial!

The evidence is undeniable: eating Godís animals is bad for our health. Also, with all the plant-based foods available, choosing to eat animal products is inconsistent with Christian beliefs of compassion, mercy and love.
