CVA Membership Levels:

Silver Member $20: Entitles member to two bumper stickers (What Would Jesus Eat...Today and also Vegetarianism Honors God's Creation) and a CVA bookmark.
Gold Member $30 : Bumper stickers, bookmark, and one of the following: Good News for All Creation book, or Tee-shirt.
Platinum Member $50: Bumper stickers, bookmark, and two of the following: Book, or Tee-shirt.
