Actually, the Bible doesn’t tell us that God killed any animal to clothe Adam and Eve. All we are told in Genesis 3:21 is that God made garments of skin to cloth them.
Perhaps He made the garments of the shed skin of the serpent (like the shed skin of snakes) as a reminder to them of their disobedience. Or, He could have made the garments as He made everything else in creation without causing any death.
Your question is based upon the false teachings of people who twist the true meaning and intent of God to justify their own desire to kill and eat animals, and lead others astray with them.
