Citation: After reviewing the generic E. Coli testing program it was found that after coming under inspection the week of July 17th that there was no name inserted for the person doing the sampling and evaluating the results. Further, it was found that there has been no results listed for the first week and also no testing for the second week. Results may not have been in for the second week but the test should have been taken. Failure to address this non-conformance could result in further regulatory or administrative action.
