Citation: At approximately 0545 hours while performing a unscheduled O1BO2 several non-compliance were found.[1]trash in drain chicken ,feather,and other particle in process room drain as you enter the room.[2] knives,stuck behind wall not in the proper knife holder possible of contamination.[3] picken machine dirty still had feather from the previous day around picken finger[4] feather on walls,trash around floor in picken room,and process room.[5] #2 chiller still has chicken fat and particle about 1mm in size around white pipe.I immediately notified Mr.Sanitation manager] verbally,visually and in writing with this NR,of nono-compliance.Mr. took immediate corrective action and had those area clean.no futher action was taken. Past Similar NRs - Previous Ineffective Plant Actions: 416.2[b] 416.3[a] 416.4[a] NR: 7-2011 dated 2/8/2011

Regulation:

416.2(b) Establishment buildings, including their structures, rooms, and compartments must be of sound construction, be kept in good repair, and be of sufficient size to allow for processing, handling, and storage of product in a manner that does not result in product adulteration or the creation of insanitary conditions.

416.3(a) Equipment and utensils used for processing or otherwise handling edible product or ingredients must be of such material and construction to facilitate thorough cleaning and to ensure that their use will not cause the adulteration of product during processing, handling, or storage. Equipment and utensils must be maintained in sanitary condition so as not to adulterate product.

416.4(a)  All food-contact surfaces, including food-contact surfaces of utensils and equipment, must be cleaned and sanitized as frequently as necessary to prevent the creation of insanitary conditions and the adulteration of product.
