Citation: On Wednesday 12/08/2010, I observed the following at approximately 1235: The door to the small freezer outside the plant used to stored product does not fit tightly. The rubber gasket at the upper corners (both left and right corner) are separated causing the door to not be sealed tightly in these corner areas. This does not comply with regulation 416.2(b)(1); 416.2(b)(3). This document serves as written notification that your failure to comply with regulatory requirement(s) could result in additional regulatory or administrative action.

Regulation:

416.2(b)(1) Construction.  Establishment buildings, including their structures, rooms, and compartments must be of sound construction, be kept in good repair, and be of sufficient size to allow for processing, handling, and storage of product in a manner that does not result in product adulteration or the creation of insanitary conditions.

416.2(b)(3) Walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, and other outside openings must be constructed and maintained to prevent the entrance of vermin, such as flies, rats, and mice. (4) Rooms or compartments
