Code: 01C02
Violation: 416.13(b), 416.14, 416.4(d)

Citation: On April 28th 2011, at approximately 11:00 a.m., the following non-compliance was observed: In the small room located off of the processing area on the shelf where food packaging materials and spices are stored, I noted approximately 4 or 5 soiled white processing coats and aprons. These items were wadded up and stuck into a shelf in between the food packaging materials and bags and boxes of spices used in product formulation. These linens were soiled with dried blood stains and other contaminants from a previous day's use. I notified Plant Owner Mr. Glenn Finkenbinder of this non-compliance.
