Citation: At approximately 1915 while I walking through the plant performing 06D01, I observed the door in the weight price cooler was detached and left on its place on a vertical positon on the floor . I tagged the area around the door with U.S. Rejected tag NO. B40197810 for safety of employees . I informed Mr. night shift manager. The establishment started the corrective action. after reinspecting ,and finding the door fixed at 2210 I removed the tag and released the area. This is noncompliance of 9CFR.416.2[b][1]" Establishment buildings, including their structures,rooms,and compartments must be of sound construction, be kept in doog repair, and be of sufficient size to allow for processing, handling, and storage of product in a manner that does not result in product adulteration or the creation of insanitary conditions. This documentation serves as written notification that your failure to comply with regulatory requirement s could result in additional regulatory or adminstrative action as described in 9 CFR 500

Regulation:

416.2(b)(1) Establishment buildings, including their structures, rooms, and compartments must be of sound construction, be kept in good repair, and be of sufficient size to allow for processing, handling, and storage of product in a manner that does not result in product adulteration or the creation of insanitary conditions.
