Citation: On 8/4/2011, At approximately 1435 hours, while I was walking through weigh and price department, I observed that there is a product that wrapped and labeled as "Fresh Thin Slice Boneless and Skinless Breasts", the label did not identify the official establishment number (p 493), neither on wrapper nor on label stuck on the wrapper. I took a regulatory control action by tagging the product with U.S Retain tag # B40170405. I notified Mr. , The Second Shift Manager with the noncompliance. Immediately the establishment started the corrective action by holding the product for relabeling. The establishment failed to comply with regulatory requirement of 9 CFR 381.123(b), and 381.127.This document serves as written notification that your failure to comply with regulatory requirements could result in additional regulatory or administrative action according to 9 CFR 500.
