Citation: At approximately 0540 hours, while performing a 04C04 ISP code procedure for finished product standards on the East line, the test exceeded the subgroup absolute limit of 30. My test results subgroup total was 33, the processing nonconformance, three- extraneous material <, one- extraneous material >1/16", one-extraneous material >1" , tow oil glands-remnant ,nine-oil glands , tow -lung less than 1/4", one trachea>1" and three feathers <1".I immediately notified the Evisceration line supervisor and also notified (QA) of my finding . I notified my supervisor Mr. of the failure. The Quality Assurance immediately did retest at the pre chill station of the same line (East line) and the tests was failed again, Her results was at 0610 hours, and after this failure she did another one at 0622 hours and was passed the results . QA performed Pre-chill tests at the Post-chill station at 0700 & 0730 both test passed. The Quality Assurance tagged four carcasses with tags at 0635 from the Pre-chill station. The end of the failure mode was at approximately 0758 hours. The establishment failed to comply with 9 CFR 381.76 (d) (4) (i) (C).This document serves as a written notification that continued failure to meet regulatory requirement(s)can lead to enforcement actions described in 9 CFR 500
381.76(b) Disposition: An inspector shall monitor the establishment’s application of the Finished Product Standards program and shall take corrective action including retaining product to prevent adulterated product from leaving the establishment when the inspector determines that the establishment has failed to apply the program as prescribed in paragraph (b)(3)(iv)(c) of this section).
