Code: 04B01
Violation: 381.126

Citation: On June 19, 2012 the Weigh Price Label Log was reviewed.  On June 18, 2012 USDA had notified plant management that it wanted to review labels placed on whole dressed birds packaged on 6/18/2012 but slaughtered on June 16, 2012 (Julian Date JD168). USDA was not notified when the product was labeled and shipped ([redacted] boxes in total, [redacted] cases sent to [redacted] distribution center, the rest sent to the local distribution center).  USDA found on review of the label log that the product was shipped with the incorrect slaughter date (JD170).  Mr. was immediately notified and he confirmed the error.  Dr. immediately notified Frontline Supervisor Mr. .
