QA presentation retests passed at [redacted] then [redacted] birds per minute. Establishment management have received oral and written communication concerning this noncompliance. Past Similar NRs - Previous Ineffective Plant Actions: "Grow out was also informed that we cannot process birds that over [redacted] lbs; the ideal weight would be no higher than [redacted] lbs. If they are all bigger than this a presentation test will be performed to ensure compliance, if not then line speed will be adjusted accordingly." NR: 35-2010 dated 6/22/2010 The previous preventive measure was either not implemented or was ineffective in preventing the recurrence of this noncompliance.
