Citation: At approximately 1215 hours while performing a plant walk through Dr. [redacted] observed the following: [newline] There was a skid of 24 cases of Duck Heads in the shipping department, the cases had a label that identified the product in the cases and the production/packing date, but the cases did not have the mark of inspection.
