Dinner will benefit our Animal Caregiver/Veterinary Charity Fund and Hope For Strays Program!

Our special speakers will be Carolyn Jaime and her mother Catherine Grisbacher. Both are Licensed Social Workers. Carolyn is Director of a Residential Program, where she works with individuals and families who have Mental Health issues, substance abuse and homelessness. She received the Extraordinary Compassion and Courage award in Residential Services.

As an animal guardian, Carolyn enjoys the challenges and rewards of helping dogs and cats with special needs. Ms. Jaime states that it takes a lot of love, empathy, consistency, courage and patience but watching an animal go from cringing to thriving is well worth the emotional and financial cost. In her private practice, Ms. Jaime counsels individuals who are dealing with a variety of problems, but she specializes in those who are dealing with issues surrounding their pet's disabilities, illnesses, end of life issues and grief.

Mrs. Grisbacher works with children with special needs and their families as well as victims of domestic violence. Mrs. Grisbacher has been rescuing, rehabilitating and fostering animals for years. She has bottle fed kittens for foster organizations and provided food, shelter and love for homeless cats and dogs. She enjoys teaching others about their responsibilities when engaging wildlife and caring for domestic animals.

Lambie Lambie God's Creatures Ministry is committed to spreading God's compassion to all He has made based on The Scriptures. Although we are a Christian Ministry, we encourage all to have their own animal welfare committee in their community. We extend our resources to those who would like to learn more or begin their own God's Creatures Ministry as an extension of us. God created us to have a vegetarian diet and commissioned us to protect His animals. Instead, we have exploited them for our entertainment, fashion, appetite and useless, torturous research. These creatures have the right to live as they were created to live. Because we live IN this world, but are not OF this world, we strive to bring God's mercy and justice to all. We live in God's Kingdom now where Jesus, The Sacrificial Lamb, The Prince of Peace, The Lion of Judah reigns. We look forward to that day when all of creation will be 'set free from slavery to corruption and share in the glorious freedom of the children of God' (Romans 8:21) where a little child will lead and guide God's creatures (see Isaiah 11:5-9).
