ACTION
Last month, Air Canada announced that it would no longer transport nonhuman primates bound for use in research facilities in large part because of the power of public opinion. Air Canada joins a number of other major airlines, including American, Delta, Lufthansa, British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, Air China and many others that have stopped transporting nonhuman primates for research. Before we can count this as a true victory, we need to keep the momentum going and contact the following airlines that continue to transport nonhuman primates destined for use in laboratories and urge them to stop this practice.
