Animals - Religion
Table of Contents

Every major religion and even aboriginal religions have their origins in the belief that we humans should have compassion for all the other animals and the earth we live in, and protect it from harm, and all of these religions look to a future time when this golden age will be restored and all will once again live in peace without harming one another, and we all will only eat plant foods.

We strongly believe that we are not to wait for some future time to free creation from its present corruption. We are to begin that process now, and it all begins with changing our own lifestyle so that we no longer contribute to the suffering of animals and the environment in which we live, and it begins with what we put on our plates.

Furthermore, we believe that it is the moral responsibility of the churches and other religious organizations to set this example, instead of contributing to the corruption.
