Recipe: Tomato Treat for
Terry
Lightly sauté chopped tomatoes sprinkled with dill weed and chopped garlic in
olive oil. Sprinkle with Kikkoman soy sauce while cooking.
To avoid heating the oil, saute
the tomatoes and garlic in water and Kikkoman soy sauce, remove to a serving
bowl and sprinkle with olive oil. You might want to add a few sprinkles of
sesame oil to taste.
Can be served as a side dish, or spooned over crisp, sesame seeded
Italian bread or rice.
