How to Fool Your Fat Genes Workshop
Want to zip up your genes before the holidays? Our own
Nutrition Advisor, Roberta Schiff, will be giving her
wonderful workshops again this year at Rhinebeck Health Foods
Stores. The first session is free, so you are welcome to try it
first to see if you like it. Sessions are on five consecutive Tuesday
evenings starting October 16. $60 for all. Call Robbi at 845-876-5598 and she’ll tell you more about it.
