Recipes from the Ahimsa Holiday Vegan Cooking Demonstration at Bread Alone Café Woodstock NY November 8, 2004. Presented by: Reagan Leonard, Certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher and Roberta Schiff, President, Mid-Hudson Vegetarian Society. Ahimsa means without harm. All these recipes are cruelty-free and are vegan (contain no animal products). We believe you will find them delicious and satisfying. They work well for both entertaining and everyday.
