5 cups cut up rhubarb
2/3 cup brown subar
2 Tbs whole wheat flour
1 Tbs melted margarine
1/2 Tbs grated orange peel
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
2 Tbs melted margarine
Mix all filling ingredients in a large bowl. Spoon into a
2-quart "buttered" baking dish (9 X 9). Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
For the topping: combine the ingredients and then spoon (or
crumble) on top.
Return to oven for 25 more minutes.
Serve warm, topped with non-dairy creamer or soy ice cream, if
desired. This is really good, from a non-desert person.
We look forward to hearing from you
