Spinach Tofu Salad

1-lb bunch of spinach
Block of tofu crushed
Medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic chopped
1/4 cup tahini
3 Tbs. olive oil
2 Tbs. Bragg’s Aminos (or soy sauce)
sesame seeds
Toss and serve.
