COMPANION ANIMALS

Because we are currently launching this web site with an emphasis on the carriage horse issue, we do not now have time to properly address other animal issues that are important in NYC and to give them the credit they are due.

The population crisis of cats and dogs is dear to our heart and we will address it in the future. In the interim, we present Laura Moretti’s essay about her cat, Mouser.

And please remember to spay or neuter your cat and dogs and adopt from shelters or rescue groups.

"Snaggle Puss, Big Boy, Lillie and Mollie. They continue to be my inspiration. They are always in my heart and are now at the Rainbow Bridge."

Please view this short video - "This is Goodbye"  on the population crisis of cats and dogs - the immorality of pet overpopulation, produced by Bright Lion Creations.

from : Robert and Candy Valenting/Bright Lion Creations.

"This is a short movie my husband made for his ethics class for animal rights. It will be one of, if not the, most powerful and important short films you will ever see in defense of animals. As people, we are commanded to be responsible towards our animals ~ In his hand is the life of every creature and the breath of all mankind." (Job 12:7-10)

We feel that it every person's responsibility to be a caring and good pet owner.

So, if you love the little creatures of this world please watch this short (3 min) film. We are not looking for money or anything materialistic; we simply want to get the word out to as many people as possible what happens to animals when people stop caring."
