All of God's creatures have rights, a fact that most people don't seem to recognize.
This includes both human and non-human animals, but not all of them can speak for themselves.
Some prefer, for meal main courses,
Heaps of spiced and cooked corpses
For which they feel no remorses,
But I prefer instead the rays
Of sun that plants eat each day,
Yet, since I cannot dine as they,
I eat of those that eat the light
Till rays are all I need to bite.
