Please write to the Secretary of Agriculture and the Directors of the two Regional Offices of the United States Department of Agriculture Animal & Plant Health Inspection Service, Animal Care Division (USDA/APHIS/AC) to insist on much stricter enforcement of all regulations relevant to primates in laboratories and the elimination of food and/or water deprivation in all instances that are not pre-surgical.
