WLALW 2008 is Coming – Fighting for Animals Across the U.S.

World
Laboratory Animal Liberation Week (WLALW) (April 20 – 26, 2008) is
rapidly approaching, and SAEN is working with local activists across the
United States to make sure that this crucial event makes a real
difference for animals. Protests, news conferences, and many other
public events will bring the truth about animal experimentation into the
public eye.
WLALW 2007 was the largest one in recent
years, with events taking place in over 41 cities spanning 26 states.
Our goal is to make WLALW 2008 even larger and more effective.
Please go to our website for World
Laboratory Animal Liberation Week
www.wlalw.org to find out about events in your area. If no event
listed for your area, the WLALW site, as well as our main website,
www.saenonline.org, has
everything needed to plan a WLALW event. One section guides activists
through the process of investigating laboratories, while another shows
examples of press releases that can be used to contact news media.

Government
Grants Promoting Cruelty to Animals to find out which researchers
are practicing cruelty on animals in the name of “science.” With your
help, World Laboratory Animal Liberation Week 2008 will bring the truth
about the abuse of animals in laboratories into the forefront.
