Please contact the Bernalillo County Commissioners and insist that the Lovelace Respiratory Research Institute NOT be exempted from local cruelty laws. This lab has violated federal law previously paying a federal fine. Lovelace is currently under investigation by the USDA for additional violations, and the lab executed 300 primates and 100 dogs simply because they were no longer needed. Art De La Cruz
