This is an excellent article for those of us who feel as the author says....continuing grief as to the wholesale slaughter of animals that assaults us daily while being completely ignored by most of our friends and family. I really appreciate seeing something like this, even though there are so few of us comparatively speaking, at least there is assurance that there are others "out there" who feel as I do. Seems as if grief has become my way of life.  And I'm aware of how sad that is.
