Tell Youth the Truth

Will You?...Tell Youth the Truth

Isn’t it strange that children are taught to tell the truth, but adults don’t have to live by the same standard of honesty?

It seems to be second nature for most adults to withhold the truth or to lie about some things when talking with youngsters. Yet children are expected to live by a higher standard, and rightly so – for their protection may depend on their open dialogue with those who care for them.

But hiding the truth from our youth is still wrong, for being exposed to the truth is the best way for them to learn how to deal with the problems, injustices, indifferences, and cruelties of the world, so that we will have a kinder and more peaceful world.

This web site is dedicated to Telling Youth the Truth and encouraging others to do the same.
