Changing the way people think and feel about food…
1/2 cup white flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 Tbsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1 cup soymilk
1/2 cup applesauce
Combine dry ingredients and mix.
Add soymilk and applesauce.
Pour into oiled waffle iron and cook ‘till golden (about six minutes).
Topping Tips: maple syrup, vegan margarine, fruits, nuts,
cinnamon & sugar
