Tempeh Broccoli Sauté
10 oz. Package tempeh, steamed 20 minutes, then cubed
2 stalks broccoli, chopped
1 small onion, minced
2 Tbsp. oil (toasted sesame is nice)
2 tsp. tamari or soy sauce (optional)
Sauté cubed tempeh, broccoli, and onion in oil over medium heat.
After tempeh is browned, add soy sauce, cook one minute more. Serve over
