Changing the way people think and feel about food…
1 cup all purpose flour
1-1/2 tsp. Baking powder
½ tsp. Slat
1 cup sugar
1 cup soymilk
¼ cup vegan buttery spread
16 oz. frozen fruit
Preheat oven to350 degrees F.
Thaw fruit in a bowl.
Put all dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
Add soymilk and dash of cinnamon.
Mix batter to combine ingredients.
Put vegan buttery spread into 8”x8” oven-proof dish, and put dish in
oven to let margarine melt.
After margarine is completely melted, remove dish from oven and pour
batter on top of margarine.
Spoon thawed fruit and juice evenly on top of batter.
Bake for 40 minutes.
It’s ready to eat, unless you’d like to add some vegan
whipped topping! Yum!
